Best Coast Inspectors was launched in 2024 by TJ Fleming. TJ moved to the Houston area in 2019 to pursue one of his lifelong passions, fishing. Along the way, he noticed the residential development potential of the Texas Coastal Region and decided to leverage his 15+ years of experience in Construction & Maintenance into providing a modern, professional, client-focused Real Estate Inspection service that tells the story of a home to the buyer in order to assist the client in making the most informed purchasing decision.
